  Sarah was so helpful and informative when I finally decided to get a new mattress. She helped me figure out which firmness I actually preferred since my old one was 17 years old. She explained materials and construction. She understood my budget. She helped me find a really nice mattress, box spring and new frame. Her description of the delivery process was exact. It was very nice to have delivery narrowed down to a couple hour time frame so I didn't have to sit at home all day. The gentlemen who delivered could not have been nicer or more professional. It was the hottest day of the year but they still moved efficiently and quickly. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
