  I had a problem with a fairly new Samsung Galaxy 7 Active. Because I did not have insurance on the phone, the manager claimed there was nothing he could do. He made no effort to troubleshoot, look into the problem or take the situation higher. I was very disappointed by his lack of effort and unwillingness to explore other options. As it turns out the problem I had is not isolated and may be a defect in the phone. Seriously thinking about dropping AT&T at this point.

  We went to the store to upgrade phones and took our 4 small children with us. Ken was so patient, professionally answered all of our questions, and helped us get the best deal on everything. Call ahead for an appointment and ask for Ken.
